1. Who operates Soccer Trippers

Soccer Trippers is operated by Clubhouse Concepts, registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce under number 73643076. Our business address is Professor Oudemansstraat 30, Delft, the Netherlands. You can contact us at info@soccertrippers.com or through our contact page.

2. Scope and acceptance

These terms govern your use of soccertrippers.com, its trip-planning tools, saved-trip service, guides, community features and emails. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. What Soccer Trippers provides

Soccer Trippers is a football-travel planning and information platform. We connect fixtures, official ticket routes, accommodation, transport and matchday information to help you research a trip. Unless we state otherwise on a specific page, the service is free to use.

We are not a ticket seller, travel agent, tour operator or organiser of a package holiday. We do not currently take payment for tickets, transport, accommodation or activities. When you follow a link and book with another company, your contract is with that company and its terms, cancellation policy and privacy notice apply.

4. Fixtures, availability and travel information

Fixtures, kick-off times, ticket-sale procedures, prices, availability, transport schedules, opening hours and entry rules can change. A fixture on Soccer Trippers is the current listed information, not a guarantee that its date or time is final. Always verify time-sensitive information with the relevant club, competition, venue or travel provider before paying or travelling.

Planning confidence labels and editorial guidance are decision aids only. They do not guarantee ticket access, a particular price, admission, safety or that a trip will proceed as planned.

5. Saved trips, ticket alerts and email links

When you save a trip, we create a separate trip record and send a unique link that can reopen that exact plan. Anyone with that link may be able to view or update the trip status, so keep it private and do not forward it to people you do not trust. Saving one trip does not overwrite another saved trip; each trip has its own link.

A requested trip confirmation or fixture-specific ticket alert is a service message. Ticket-sale phases can be restricted to members, ballots, hospitality or remaining inventory; an alert is information, not a ticket reservation or guarantee of access. You can stop each fixture alert through its email link. Additional planning or marketing emails are sent only where you have given the relevant consent, and you can unsubscribe or change your preferences at any time.

6. Third-party links and affiliate relationships

Some external links are affiliate links. If you click one and complete a booking, Clubhouse Concepts may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not determine whether we describe a ticket route as official, and they do not turn availability shown by a partner into a Soccer Trippers guarantee.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, inventory, payment systems, fulfilment or customer service. Check the identity of the seller, the exact product, currency, total price, refund rules and any restrictions before buying. Questions about an external purchase must normally be directed to the provider that accepted the payment.

7. Community contributions

You may be able to suggest, rate, correct or claim information about sports bars, hotels or other venues. Only submit genuine information you are entitled to share. Do not submit fabricated reviews, undisclosed paid endorsements, personal data about others, unlawful material or content that infringes another person's rights.

You keep ownership of your contribution. You grant Clubhouse Concepts a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, review, edit for clarity and publish it as needed to operate and promote Soccer Trippers. We may verify, reject, correct or remove submissions and claims, but we are not obliged to publish them.

8. Acceptable use

You must not:

• misuse forms, email functions, voting or venue-claim tools;
• attempt to access private administration areas or another person's saved trip;
• introduce malicious code, overload the service or bypass security controls;
• scrape or republish substantial parts of the site without permission; or
• use Soccer Trippers in a way that is unlawful or harms other users.

We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties.

9. Intellectual property

The Soccer Trippers name, original text, design, software, structured data and other material created for the service belong to Clubhouse Concepts or its licensors. You may use the site for personal trip planning and share ordinary links to public pages. Other reproduction, commercial reuse or systematic extraction requires prior written permission, unless applicable law permits it.

Club names, competition names, badges and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or an official relationship unless we expressly say so.

9a. Dataset licence

The Soccer Trippers Football Ticket Access Index and its classifications are made available for viewing and personal trip planning. You may quote limited extracts in editorial or research work if you clearly credit Soccer Trippers and link to the current index page. This permission does not include copying, republishing, reselling or systematically extracting all or a substantial part of the dataset, or using it to create a competing data product. Those uses require prior written permission from Clubhouse Concepts via info@soccertrippers.com.

Official club information and other third-party source material remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners. The index is an editorial assessment, not a promise of ticket availability.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, change or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep Soccer Trippers available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. If you notice inaccurate or broken information, please tell us so we can review it.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, we are responsible only for reasonably foreseeable direct loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill in providing the service.

We are not responsible for losses caused by a third-party provider, a changed fixture, unavailable inventory, incorrect information supplied by others, events outside our reasonable control or your failure to verify important booking information. If you use the service for business purposes, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, anticipated savings or data to the extent permitted by law.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, including saved trips, email preferences, analytics consent and community submissions.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service, partners or applicable rules change. The date above shows the latest version. Material changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a booking you made directly with a third party.

14. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or court rights available to you in your country of residence. Please contact us first at info@soccertrippers.com so we can try to resolve a complaint. Disputes may be submitted to the competent Dutch court unless mandatory law allows another court.
